HSL achieve membership to The Engineering Construction Industry Association (ECIA) scheme.
The ECIA provides its members with a collective voice to represent their interests on all matters affecting their industry; It operates within a National Agreement through the industry's National Joint Council to provide commonality for deliverance of major projects and enhance harmonised working practices and conditions in the industry.
